Layers of lasagna sheets, béchamel sauce, Istrian pršut, mushrooms, and gorgonzola cheese are assembled in a ceramic dish, topped with mozzarella cheese.
Baked to perfection in a pizza forno, it’s finished with fresh hot chili peppers on top.
This dish pairs wonderfully with a side salad or pizza bread, and a glass of Istrian Teran completes the experience.
