Lasagne peperoncino
The lasagna crusts together with béchamel sauce, Istrian pršut, mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese are placed in a ceramic dish, with mozzarella cheese is added at the end.
The lasagna prepared in this way is baked in the pizza forno, and when baked fresh hot chilli peppers are added on the top.
