Although pizza Calzone includes same ingredients as pizza Capriciosa, the difference is in it's preparation.
As the pizza is folded before baking, cooked ham (prosciutto cotto) which adds a slightly salty-smoky note and fresh sliced mushrooms, which complement the pizza with a soft earthy taste, remain cooked in the end and give a slightly rubbery texture that many adore.
Pizza can be ordered in two sizes - small and medium.
